With Local Loops you can get text messages with great options and offers on local eating, shopping and activities when ever you want them.

Step 1: Tell us your city

At the moment we are just operating in Wellington, New Zealand but we’ll be coming to other New Zealand cities soon.

So, if you live in Wellington and want to get in the loop text Wellington to 2343.

If you don't live in Wellington you can text loop followed by your town or city e.g. loop dunedin to 2343 and we will let you know when we are launching in your area.

As we expand our service to other cities you will be able to simply text the name of the city you are in then get local information on eating, shopping and activities.

Step 2: Get messages

Once you are in the loop you can get messages whenever you want them by simply texting us the keyword relating to what you want to know about.

For example, if you are thinking about going to a cafe all you need to do is text cafes to 2343 and you will receive up to 5 text messages with the latest options and offers from local cafes.

Eating Keywords

Text restaurants to 2343 to receive messages from restaurants.

Text cafes to 2343 to receive messages from cafes.

Text takeaways to 2343 to receive messages about takeaways.

Shopping Keywords

Text women to 2343 to receive messages on shopping for women.

Text men to 2343 to receive messages on shopping for men.

Text home to 2343 to receive messages on things for your home.

Activities Keywords

Text drink to 2343 to receive messages from places to have a drink.

Text music to 2343 to receive messages from places to hear music.

Text do to 2343 to receive messages about things to do.

You need to send each keyword in a separate text message to 2343. Texts to 2343 cost 20 cents, which will be charged to your account by your mobile phone company.

Any mobile phone that can send and receive text messages can use Local Loops.
