Getting an account takes just a moment

• When you join your first Loop an account is created ready and waiting for you to log in to it. If you have joined a Loop click here to see how to log in to your account for the first time.

  If you haven't joined a Loop then you can see a list of Local Loops you can get into here .

  Once you have followed the instructions to log in for the first time you can leave that Local Loop if you want by going to Manage Loops in the My Loops and Messages section.

  If you want to create your own Loops and send out messages you will need to credit your account online with a credit card. In the Manage Account area you can see your account balance and how to credit your account.

  If you don’t have a credit card we suggest you get an NZ Post Prezzy Card.

  Costs for using Loops

• Your mobile phone network will charge you $0.20 for any text message you send to our short code 2343 and that will appear on your bill or be deducted from your prepay account.

  Once you have credited your account you can create up to three Loops and have up to 20 people join each of your Loops.

  It doesn't cost you anything to create Loops or for people to join your Loops.

  When you Yell a message your Afid account will be debited $0.20 for each person who receives that message on their mobile phone.

  When you Tell a message your Afid account will be debited $0.20 for each person who receives that message on their mobile phone (they will only receive a message you Tell if they check for it).

  You are not charged for messages people only receive on their computers or for messages people send you.

*If you have a welcome message set that people receive when they join your Loop you Afid account will be charged $0.20 for each person who joins the Loop and receives that message.
