Account comparison

• We have two different account types to suit the way you want to use Loops.

  An Individual Account is automatically created for you the first time you join a Loop so you can set your nick name, manage the Loops you have joined and receive and respond to messages using your computer.

  You don't ever have to log in to your account and it doesn't cost you anything to have one. It is just there for when you want it.

  With an Individual Account

• You can create and manage Loops and send messages out from your computer or mobile phone. You can also receive your messages on your phone or computer.

  You can have up to three Loops. There is a limit of 20 people able to join each Loop.

  You can receive replies to your messages on your phone or computer.

  You can send messages to whole Loops and individual contacts.

  Messages you Yell that people receive on their phone cost $0.20 and messages you Tell that people receive on their phone cost $0.20 (they will only receive a message you Tell if they check for it).

  Messages you receive from other people and businesses cost you nothing.

  You need to credit your account online before you can create Loops, have people join and send out messages*. If you are a business and do not have a credit card we suggest you get an NZ Post Prezzy Card.

  There is no setup or monthly cost and it costs you nothing for people to join your Loops**

  * You don't need to credit your account to Tell messages from your phone or computer that people only receive on their computer.

  ** If you have a welcome message set for a Loop you are charged $0.20 for each person who joins that Loop and receives that message.

  Our Business Account is for businesses, organisations and clubs who have larger numbers of people they want to communicate with.

  With a Business Account

• You can create and manage your Loops and send messages out from your computer or mobile phone. By arrangement we can manage Loop and sending messages for you.

  You can have as many Loops as you want with an unlimited number of people joining each Loop.

  You can send messages to whole Loops and individual contacts. You can receive replies to your messages on your phone or computer.

  Messages you Yell that people receive on their phone cost $0.20 + GST. Messages you Tell that people receive on their phone cost $0.20 + GST (they will only receive a message you Tell if they check for it).

  Messages that people only receive on their computer and messages you receive from other people and businesses cost you nothing.

  There is no base monthly fee, setup fee or cost for people to join your Loops*. We have a range of reporting, customisation and management options priced according to your requirements. Contact us to find out what we can do for you.
